HYROX ticket sale checklist
A short checklist helps turn ticket release day from a scramble into a sequence of decisions you have already made.
RoxAlerts is independent from HYROX. Use this guide to prepare, then confirm the final details with the official ticket seller.
Before sale day
Confirm the correct event, date, location and intended division on official sources. Note the published sale time and time zone, decide which entry you will buy, and set a reminder rather than relying on memory.
Before the sale opens
Use the official ticket destination, sign in where appropriate and have the information you expect to need available. Avoid waiting until release time to compare divisions or search for the legitimate provider link.
When the sale opens
Follow the official purchase flow and read the entry details before paying. RoxAlerts does not sell tickets or bypass provider queues, so checkout status and inventory shown by the provider are authoritative.
If your entry is unavailable
Do not assume every other division is equivalent or that unofficial resale is your only option. If RoxAlerts supports the entry, create or retain a precise watch for later official availability changes.
After you purchase
Use the confirmation and account tools supplied by the official provider for order questions, participant details, transfers or refunds. Turn off monitoring you no longer need so future alerts stay relevant.
Information to prepare
Keep the participant name, contact details and any team information required by the official flow available. Confirm the event location and race dates, especially where a weekend contains multiple sessions. Know your intended division and ticket category, and write down the official sale time with its time zone. Do not store payment or identity information in RoxAlerts; purchases and participant data belong in the provider flow.
A 15-minute release routine
Open the verified event or ticket link, sign in if the provider supports an account and close unrelated tabs that could cause confusion. Recheck that the provider page names the correct event. When the window opens, follow any queue instructions and read every selection before submitting. Avoid frantic refresh loops or multiple conflicting sessions if the provider warns against them.
Post-sale verification
Save the official confirmation, verify the event and entry details and follow the provider instructions for participant completion. If anything is wrong, contact the seller named on the confirmation rather than RoxAlerts. Remove or pause the successful watch and any sale reminder so later messages are not confusing. Keep other watches only when you would still act on them.
