Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating and managing an account, including your name, email address, notification preferences, watched events and divisions. If you join the SMS beta, we also collect the mobile number you provide and records of your SMS consent or opt-out.

We create operational records such as availability checks, scheduled reminders, alert delivery results, support requests and account activity. We may also collect device, browser and usage information through analytics and security tools.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, save watches, monitor official ticket sources, send requested alerts and reminders, prevent duplicate notifications, troubleshoot delivery, protect the service, understand feature usage and communicate service updates.

Advertising, cookies and Google AdSense

RoxAlerts may use Google AdSense on selected public editorial pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, personalize and measure advertising, subject to applicable consent requirements and Google's policies. Advertising is kept off account, authentication, watch-management, alert, settings and administration screens.

You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google's partner sites privacy information. Browser and consent controls may also let you limit personalized advertising where applicable.

Service providers and third parties

RoxAlerts relies on service providers that process information on our behalf, including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting and data storage; Amazon Web Services for email delivery; Twilio for SMS delivery; and analytics providers for product measurement.

Official event and ticket links lead to third-party websites. Their privacy practices and transactions are governed by their own policies. RoxAlerts does not process ticket purchases.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and delivery records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Update email and SMS preferences from Notification settings.
• Pause or delete individual ticket watches.
• Reply STOP to an SMS to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in optional marketing emails.
• Request account or privacy assistance through the Support page.

Children and changes

RoxAlerts is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date when material updates are published.
