These terms apply when an eligible RoxAlerts user expressly enables text-message alerts.

Optional SMS beta

SMS access is initially available only to approved test users.

Program description

RoxAlerts may send transactional text messages about watched HYROX ticket availability, published ticket-sale times, selected reminders and service changes.

Consent and charges

You must affirmatively enable SMS. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help, or contact support@roxalerts.com.

Privacy

Mobile numbers, consent records and delivery results are handled as described in the Privacy policy.
